How many days a week do you countdown to bedtime? Every day or is that just me? 😛 I live for the quiet moments of nighttime. As a night owl, I find my relaxation time in the evenings after the whole house has passed out for the night.

At Home Manicures
I’ve been loving at home manis/pedis and have gotten pretty good at it over the last year. Needless to say my nail polish collection has grown. My favorite neutrals are OPI Funny Bunny and OPI Linkin Park in the Dark! But, I’ve been switching it up and love these fun colors too:
I grabbed a few different flavors of Teavana tea bags – all three of these flavors are so good. If you’re usually a drink coffee all day person like me, I highly recommend switching to tea for your nighttime drink!
Remember when we used to write in diaries? I grabbed this faith journal to take a minute to jot down a thought or two from the day. I miss writing (and reading) random daily thoughts down on paper! It’s been nice to do this in place of my nightly show binges or doom scrolling. Turning off screens at night has done wonders for my sleep and anxiety.
Taking a Bath
Forever team bath over here, not just for the kids, but for me! 😉 Especially on nights that I do a late workout. The most calming thing for me before heading to bed is a relaxing bath.
Face Masks + Evening Skincare
If you’re all about quick and easy skincare, face masks are my favorite! I usually just keep one on while taking a bath. It’s my mini at-home spa activity and step one of my nighttime skincare. I’m not the best skincare guru, but it’s another area I’ve been making a priority for me.
Depending on the night, I’m lucky if I can do at least one of the things I listed above. But, if last year taught me anything, it’s that I need to make my own wellness a top priority. “Can’t pour from an empty cup,” right?
