One of my favorite things about the holidays is baking yummy treats with my kids. I’m not the best baker in the kitchen, but I’ve come up with easy and creative ways to make it fun for all of us. Pinterest Fail Moms can bake too! It’s so much fun since my oldest is always eager to be my helper and is getting to be a better baker than me these days!

My go-to brand for holiday baking is Immaculate Baking Company. They offer a huge variety of wholesome organic, natural, and gluten free products. Whether it’s my husband’s favorite brownies or my kids’ favorite sugar cookies, Immaculate Baking Co. makes my baking sessions easy, stress free, and wonderfully delicious!

Today, I wanted to share with you one of our favorite cupcake recipes that’s both festive and delicious:

Holiday Baking for Pinterest Fail Moms: Christmasfetti Cupcakes

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 Box of Immaculate Baking Co.’s Yellow Cake Mix
    • 4 Eggs
    • 3/4 C of Milk
    • 1.5 Sticks of Butter
  • Holiday Sprinkles
  • White Frosting
  • Holiday Cupcake Wrappers
  • Cute Baking Assistant!

Step 1: Pour Yellow Cake Mix into an empty bowl. Turn on oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2: Add 4 eggs, 3/4 C milk, and 1.5 Sticks of butter and mix batter for a few minutes until well blended.

Step 3: Add in a handful of holiday sprinkles and blend well into cake mix.

Step 4: Line your cupcake baking tin with holiday wrappers and fill them 2/3 full with cake batter.

Don’t forget to taste test! 😉

Step 5: Bake at 350* for 18 minutes, let cupcakes cool for 15-20 minutes.

Step 6: Frost and decorate with more holiday sprinkles!
