Simple & Easy Chicken Tortilla Soup

Yields6 Servings

 ½ Swanson® Chicken Broth, 32 oz Carton
 1 Avocado
 1 cup Shredded Cheese
 1 cup Tortilla Strips
 2 Chicken Breasts
 1 cup Tomato Sauce
 1 tbsp Spices (Chili Powder, Sweet Paprika, Garlic Powder)
 2 cups Chopped Vegetables (Corn, Red Onion, Bell Pepper, Beans)

In one pot, broil two chicken breasts until white.


In large pot, add corn, beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce, chicken stock, spices, and shredded chicken breast.


Cook over medium high heat for 20 minutes.


Serve in bowl and top with avocado, tortilla chips, and shredded cheese.
