Fry one egg (for every 2 burritos).
Assemble on tortilla, 1-2 Tbsp of rice, 2-3 Tbsp of Bulgogi, 1-2 Tbsp of Cucumber Kimchi, Top with 1/2 Fried Egg, and roll up into burrito.
