Sausage Bacon Egg Scramble Baguette Bowl

 1 Package of Jimmy Dean® Refrigerated Premium Pork Sausage
 ½ Package of Jimmy Dean Hickory Smoked Bacon
 1 French Bread Baguette
 6 Eggs
 ½ Yellow Pepper
 ½ Green Pepper
 4 sticks Slices Mozzarella Cheese
 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Saute Jimmy Dean Refrigerated Premium Pork Sausage for 5-10 minutes until brown.

Add diced yellow and green peppers and saute for additional five minutes.

Hollow out french bread baguette.

Fill baguette with cooked sausage and peppers.

Pour eggs into baguette.

Top with mozzarella slices and Jimmy Dean Hickory Smoked Bacon (1 - 1.5 inch slices).

Bake on low heat 250 degrees for 20-25 minutes until egg filling is cooked and cheese is melted.

Broil on high for a few minutes until bacon is crisp.

Slice baguette bowl slices, serve, and enjoy!
