Dice up all of your vegetables and saute for 5-10 minutes in sesame seed oil.
Add in Tyson Grilled & Ready Chicken® Breast Strips and saute for additional 5-10 minutes.
Sprinkle in garlic powder, salt/pepper to taste.
Mix eggs in a small bowl and fry flat in a separate pan.
Add rice to vegetables and mix well. Cook for additional five minutes.
Plate a cup of fried rice, cover with egg and top with ketchup!
