Quick & Easy Omurice Recipe

 1 Onion
 3 Eggs
 4 cups Rice
 2 cups Tyson Grilled & Ready ChickenĀ® Breast Strips
 2 cups Vegetables (Broccoli, Carrots, Peppers)
 3 tbsp Sesame Seed Oil
 2 tsp Garlic Powder
 1 tsp Lemon Pepper
 Ketchup
 Salt & Pepper

Dice up all of your vegetables and saute for 5-10 minutes in sesame seed oil.

Add in Tyson Grilled & Ready ChickenĀ® Breast Strips and saute for additional 5-10 minutes.

Sprinkle in garlic powder, salt/pepper to taste.

Mix eggs in a small bowl and fry flat in a separate pan.

Add rice to vegetables and mix well. Cook for additional five minutes.

Plate a cup of fried rice, cover with egg and top with ketchup!
