Everyone in the Dubs fam loves this simple & easy pineapple salsa. I make it often during the warmer months, and sometimes throughout the cold season too. Especially when we’re all longing for the taste of summer. The flavors pair so deliciously with our favorite Gorton’s Seafood dishes.
If you’re looking for a family-friendly, easy dinner idea, then this dish is it. It takes less than twenty minutes to bake the fish and less than ten minutes to make the pineapple salsa!

I’m always looking for ways to simplify the dinner prep process. We love Gorton’s Shrimp Bowls for our lunches on the go and the fish fillets are also a household favorite.
Gorton’s Crispy Battered Fish Fillets are 100% real fish, wild caught Alaskan Pollock. D especially loves the crispy exterior. The fillets are so good with a little bit of pineapple salsa on top.
The boys love Gorton’s Fish Sticks which are a great source of protein ffor them. The Fish Fillets and Fish Sticks paired with the simple & easy pineapple salsa is a meal that EVERYONE loves. (I don’t have to beg anyone to finish their dinner! MOM WIN!)
Aside from the yummy flavors, my favorite part is that I can cook them in the oven in less than twenty minutes. I throw them right in after the oven is preheated and I mix up a batch of the pineapple salsa while the fish fillets and sticks bake to perfection.
