Simple Way to Jump-start Your Fiber Intake

Last month, I took the Metamucil Two-Week Challenge to ensure I’m getting enough fiber in my daily wellness routine so I can keep up with the boys. The Challenge is a simple way to help me focus on the importance of digestive health and my daily fiber intake. I’ve stuck with it and couldn’t be happier with my experience thus far.
