If you know me, then you know that I’m always game to try an easy recipe that my kids love to eat! Pancakes are a household favorite that everyone in the family enjoys for breakfast. By far, my most favorite meal is brunch on the weekends. While our lazy mornings start a bit earlier than my pre-kids life, I love lounging around in our pajamas just the same. And nothing makes a pajama day more complete than a plate of our delicious pancakes.
Around the holidays, there’s something about the Christmas spirit that makes this Pinterest Fail Mom turn our usual pancake breakfast into something more festive. The boys LOVE our holiday pancakes and excitedly watch me plate their pancakes to see our favorite holiday characters come to life in food form.
I love that I can get them excited with just a little extra effort for our weekend brunch meals. I’m not going to lie, I love eating these holiday pancakes, too! So cute and yummy.

They’re super helpful with making the holiday pancakes. I’m going to enjoy it for as long as they offer the help! The pancakes are super easy and quick to make with one batch of batter. And assembling the festive breakfast plate doesn’t take long either. I promise it’s a family favorite meal around the holidays! Make sure you try it and let me know what creations you and your little ones come up with for your holiday pancakes easy breakfast recipe for kids!
