Easy Fruit & Yogurt Parfait for Babies

We’re firm believers that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. We typically kick-off an hours long breakfast, with yogurt for all of us! It’s usually the first thing C asks/points for when he wakes up in the morning. Since we weaned from nursing just before his first birthday, C has been a hungry, hungry monster. Seriously, this kid eats all day long. From the moment he wakes up until bedtime, he is always wanting something to eat! He loves his Gerber Lil’ Bits and I love that it’s helped him to curate a diverse palate for fruits and veggies.

I’m always looking for ways to change up his usual favorites. The easiest is to make a baby-friendly version of things that my husband and I both like to eat, too! Today, I’m sharing with you a simple and easy recipe for a Fruit & Yogurt Parfait for babies! Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 package of Gerber Lil’ Bits (any fruit flavor)
  • 1 cup of (Greek) yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of milk (coconut, almond, or cow’s)

Mix all ingredients to the texture preference of your baby. Serve when ready or refrigerate for another meal!
